Orders usually ship out and leave our warehouse within 3-5 days. Transit time to any destination in the US is 5-6 business days. If you have your furniture shipped to the address other than your billing address (address where you receive your credit card statements), the shipping address must be on file with your credit card company. Before we ship such orders, we will contact you and your bank on the phone to confirm your information. Please make sure that your shipping address is on file with your credit card company it will expedite your delivery.

For local Shipping in NYC, our drivers will deliver your furniture to the front door of your residence or garage. For liability purposes they do not take furniture up or down stairs inside the residence. They do not assemble furniture or take it out of it’s original factory packaging. We do not remove old furniture or move your existing furniture from one room to another. However, we offer delivery and assembly service, where drivers can bring the merchandise into your home and assemble it at an extra charge. For an installation quote, please call 1-877-254-5692 . The installation quote will vary depending on what items you are interested in purchasing and must only be paid upon delivery.
